Thinklabs One does not offer a "try before you buy" option. However, the device does come with a 30-day return policy, which provides plenty of opportunities to thoroughly test the device before committing to your purchase. NOTE: To receive a full refund, the stethoscope must be in mint condition and all items included in the purchase must be returned with the device. For a list of these items, click here. Thinklabs reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any missing or damaged items.
NOTE: During the COVID-19 pandemic, Thinklabs is charging a $35 restocking fee for enhanced cleaning procedures on returned items.
