How do I replace the battery in the Thinklabs One?

WARNING! Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself.

To replace the lithium ion battery in the Thinklabs One, send the device to Thinklabs by following the steps below.

1. Place your order for Stethoscope Service here 
2. After your order confirmation email, you will receive a second email with your Repair Return Instructions.  Follow the instructions in the email for completing and printing the repair form and send your stethoscope to the provided address.  
3. Our team will evaluate your stethoscope and determine if it is within warranty.  If found in warranty, your holding charge will be refunded (Warranty Terms & Conditions).

We strive to get your equipment back to you quickly! Stethoscopes are typically ready for return shipment within 1-3 business days. The package will be shipped back to the address you provide in your order using the shipping method selected. Additionally, make sure you follow the Battery Best Practices.
