To send your Y Headset in for service from the US or from anywhere around the world, please follow the steps below.

After your order confirmation email, you will receive a second email with your Repair Return Instructions. Follow the instructions in the email for completing and printing the repair form and send your headset to Thinklabs at the provided address using the shipping carrier of your choice. (Note: the shipping arranged online during the order process is specifically for the return shipment of your repaired headset back to you).
Our team will evaluate your headset and determine if it is within the 1 year warranty period. If found in warranty, your holding charge will be refunded.
We strive to get your equipment back to you quickly! Headsets are typically ready for return shipment within 1-3 business days. The package will be shipped back to the address you provide in your order using the shipping method selected.
