To replace the lithium ion battery in the Thinklabs One, send the device to Thinklabs by following the steps below.
- Place your order for Stethoscope Service here
- After your order confirmation email, you will receive a second email with your Repair Return Instructions. Follow the instructions in the email for completing and printing the repair form and send your stethoscope to the provided address.
- Our team will evaluate your stethoscope and determine if it is within warranty. If found in warranty, your holding charge will be refunded (Warranty Terms & Conditions).
We strive to get your equipment back to you quickly! Stethoscopes are typically ready for return shipment within 1-3 business days. The package will be shipped back to the address you provide in your order using the shipping method selected. Additionally, make sure you follow the Battery Best Practices.
