How do I clean out the space around the diaphragm sensor using high-pressure air?

STEP 1: Power off the stethoscope (if it is on).

STEP 2: Turn the stethoscope over so that the diaphragm is facing up.

STEP 3: Unscrew the diaphragm ring (counter-clockwise) until you can lift it away from the probe.

STEP 4: Squirt short bursts of high pressure air into the device until you are satisfied it is clean.

STEP 5: Screw the diaphragm retention ring clockwise until it fits snugly to the probe.

STEP 5: Power on the device to make sure it is functioning correctly.
